Inside #NYFW: long, heterogeneous and creative

-NYFW- Many have commented negatively the longest fashion week on the international calendar.
Ok, 10 days are not exactly one week, but the sense is that.
The fashion week of the Big Apple, serves a mix of brands, which are by nature very different lines, is by nature the most inhomogeneous fashion week, and that’s the great thing, if and only if it is decided to condense all with 2 or 3 days less.
New York Fashion Week has always been trademarks that show the power of an America strong and rich, of its youth culture, or brands that carry the top floor of Park Avenue, the air of DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass ) or lower Manhattan.
It is interesting to see old and new brands that are mixed perfectly as it is in the culture of the country where they make the show, breathing the very lively New York culture that the 90 has never waned.
Obviously creativity goes to decrease moving from the street to the catwalks, so it happens in most cases, but there are of course exceptions.

Exceptions leading sportswear on the runway, sportswear … then a great ready-to-wear-inspired activewear. Such great revelation of the catwalk, was the line Fenty X Puma which saw Rihanna as Head Designer of the sports brand. Yeezy & Kanye West with one of the show among the largest ever seen presentation. It showcases a complex and very wide collection … but the last in collaboration with adidas?
By Jeremy Scott and his Barbie Cowgirl, to Opening Ceremony and Tom Brown, we have seen so much creativity.
Of course black, the austerity of the particular cuts damped by the color most loved by the younger generation is the star of the catwalks and new concepts.
In contrast we find the HBA walkway, the Hood By Hair, with collections always right is conquering the fashion system, among addicted and maker. The “Rebel” them how OFF Whithe finally propose a new concept for the street that comes from the street.
It does not disappoint the most loved of fashion, Alexander Wang, with a collection of truly metropolitan breath, which Mugato with Derelict, of the first Zoolander could not have done better.
Very creative, colorful and varied, but far too long, the fashion week in NY, which saw a few hours ago Lady Gaga, the lady of music and TV debut on the catwalk as a model for Marc Jacobs. Many famous names and even some rookie if we consider it this way, the brands that for many years enchant the streets around the world.
